PROJECT OVERVIEW
This case study was about Hotel booking apps and improving how users search for and book hotel rooms online. While booking a hotel should be a seamless experience, it often feels complex and frustrating due to poor UX design. My objective was to create a more user-friendly and intuitive booking process.

PROJECT GOAL
The aim was to design and build an interactive prototype that simplifies the online hotel booking experience.

ROLE
Conducted research, analysis, ideation, design and prototype of the app. (Usability testing was not required for this project)

PROJECT OUTCOMES
Simplified search and filter system. Clear and transparent pricing breakdown. Highlighted photos, galleries and add-on packages. Seamless checkout process.

This project reinforced the importance of user research and iterative design in creating a seamless digital experience.
